My name is Charya Young and I am a senior at U. City this year. I am really excited that this is my second year on the U-Times staff. I joined the newspaper team because of my passion for writing, which has allowed my skills to grow tremendously thanks to this class. I like that newspaper has challenged me to not be afraid to try new things and meet new people. Outside of school, I love sleeping and listening to music. I hope to become a successful author one day, so I think newspaper will help me as I prepare to enter into my career.
