Athletic director Pat Oligschlaeger reported on Thursday, October 25 that the girls volleyball team had won the Class 3, District 4 tournament on Wednesday night.
“The Lady Lions took care of Sumner on Tuesday, and then swept past Soldan and Roosevelt to take the championship,” Oligschlaeger wrote.
Up next for the volleyball team will be an away game on Saturday, October 27 at 4:30 pm against Lutheran South to kick off the sectional tournament.
